I think I'll start things off right! There is a very affordable daily express bus that drives from Chicago to St. Louis and back again! I've taken it before and is not bad at all. Very clean, nice buses, and they even make a bathroom stop halfway through the trip. Here's the link: http://www.megabus.com/us/ but keep in mind you would still have to find a ride from St. Louis to Potosi!

The Megabus is a very good option. As camp approaches, we can coordinate rides from St. Louis for bus/train/plane campers.

I have room for one person in my Volvo station wagon. I could take the Megabus, but would need info on how to get to the Lodge from St.Louis. thanks, cindy cochrane

Cindy, where are you originating from and what major towns will you be going through? And you might want to repost your message under "Transportation and Ride-Sharing" rather than the Megabus. People who are seeking to ride share won't look under Megabus.
